My dash is textured. Will this adhere to it?

For textured dash, you need to use the dashboard pad (include). you need to attach the dashboard pad to the textured dash and to install the mount on the pad

Can you shift the holder left, right, up and down to adjust for optimal view?

Only where the phone sits you can adjust it up down side to side

Do you know the demension of the suction cup I have to replace dash board cover plate

Sorry I don't know for sure , but have you tried cleaning the suction cup water,? It should get it's stickiness back, I would think that it was a 2 inch cup.

Will It mess up the dash when removed? I had one in the past that did.

I just installed it without the adhesive disc and it seems to be holding so far. I was hesitant to use the extra adhesive disc just to get a smooth surface. But most adhesives can be removed with a little heat and "Goo Gone" My dash is not a smooth surface.
