I positively love this set
I have 1 old wooden pepper grinder but it doesn't work all that well and have been looking for something new. I positively love this set. I like that it is glass, so easy to clean and looks so nice. the air tight lids are perfect to keep out the moisture since it will be next to the stove. All my spice in the spice cabinet end up getting hard and stuck together, and even though this isn't a solution for all my spices it was a big selling point for my grinders. I hate when salt gets all sticky and clumpy.I also like that it comes with a stand. I can easily carry it back and forth from the kitchen to the table for dinner. I always put a ton of pepper on my food. and when it is fresh ground salt you don't have to use as much.I love that it has and adjustable mil so I can do course ground while cooking and a finer grind at the dinner table. That was one of the things I didn't like about my old one wasn't adjustable so this was a big plus.Its so easy to refill and holds quite a bit compared to my old one.The opening is big enough that you don't have to worry about trying to funnel the spices into it. It had a medal bar in the middle to attach the handle so the pepper pieces always bounced off all over the place. Plus it was kind of small so I had to refill it all the time. The fact that the base is glass makes it easy to see when is close to empty.
