PetSafe Come with Me Kitty Harness and Bungee Leash, Large, Black

We had tried several different kinds of harnesses before settling on this one. It works perfectly. The other harnesses we had tried were more vest-like; no matter how tight they were, all of my cats could slip out of them like it was a loose shirt. I only take them out in our yard, and whenever a car would drive down the road, if I wasn't holding on to them, they'd immediately dash out of the harness to hide. Now, THIS harness works perfectly with ALL of my cats. The straps stay in place and the stretchable leash makes it to where they can't jerk it around. They tried breaking out of it a couple of times with no success. They no longer attempt to. I noticed that with the other harnesses, they hated putting them on and it was a struggle every time. But with THIS harness, they're excited to put it on! They know that when I bring it out it's "outside time" and they wait patiently as I put it on them & adjust it to their size. They aren't bothered by it at all! We've had it for two years now and it's extremely durable – it'll last us for many more years. Highly recommend!

we’re big fans of the harness but i didn’t love the leash. it’s stretchy so u can’t really control where they go or pull them from away from somewhere (like when i need to stop my cat from jumping through the railing) but i just got another leash so that solved my only issue. she also tried escaping the harness when she first tried it on but couldn’t get out so thats a good sign. she’s a bit big-boned (16lb😬 she’s on a diet dw) so i got a large and it fits good, everything is very adjustable

Item is great!Packaging stinks!!!! It's should've been shipped in a box, or double wrapped bubble envelope in the very least as I got 2 cuts on my hand as I was opening it. That's a shipping issue, not a review on the product.I like that the harness has a non-slip rubber grip that cinches securely to prevent my little girl from slipping or wiggling out of it. She has never worn a harness prior to this and it was VERY easy to get it on her and adjusted. I am pleased with its durability as the seams are very secure and the latches really click into locked position easily. It seems to be very comfortable for her. The leash itself it adorable! The bungee is very stretchy, but you can immediately feel the strength it has. I almost wonder if it would even work for a small, light-weight kitty who would not even be able to pull out the bungee to it's provided length. The loop handle is perfect for fitting your hand through. I have large, arthritic hands and had no problem wearing my end of the leash. This is very easy to use. I definitely recommend this harness and leash combo.The only Con that I could think of for this product has to do with coloring. It doesn't bother me in the least, but if you are a matchy-matchy person, it may bother you. The harness itself is 2-toned Plum and pink. The leash is a much brighter pink that does not match the pink of the harness....so, yes, I am disappointed, but chances are, she'll be wearing a sweater or t-shirt when we go for walks anyway. This little lady is quite the fashionista, so the mismatched harness/leash combo will be unknown by anyone else💁🏼‍♀️[I did remove a star for this esthetic issue, but if you read the above paragraph, you know the product itself is great, so you decide....or, don't buy "plum" and see what you get]I can't wait until the weather is a little less windy so I can take her out for adventures. She loves looking out of the windows, I sure hope she enjoys getting outside just as much!!

A recent social media post about small dog harnesses sent me down a rabbit hole looking for a secure harness for my mom's 2 toy rat terrier/chihuahua mixes I recently inherited. The brown one, Mike, likes to suddenly put on the brakes and back out of his harness. He doesn't have a recall (yet) so this is not a good thing! I looked at cat harnesses because Spike and Mike are little dogs and cats can become 'liquid', so I figured any harness that can hold a cat should be able to hold them. :-)I got the new harnesses, got them fitted and tried them out.They are small dogs (necks 8" and chest 12"). I went with the 'medium' and only had to snug up the chest straps a little bit. You can see the adjustment buckle is by their elbows. So if your dogs are much bigger, you might want to go with the large.It didn't seem like the straps snugged up much when the dog pulls back, like they are supposed to, but even though I had Mike's harness adjusted a bit loosely, he wasn't able to pull out of it. I put a bit of extra pressure on for the photo and to be sure. He picked his head up right before I snapped the photo, but he had it down just before that and was trying to back out. Even with his legs in front of him, the straps stayed behind his elbows.I plan to snug up Mike's straps a little more, but I think these harnesses will work! I found when buying them on Amazon that different colors were different prices.To put them on, you put their head through the neck straps and put the straps between the front legs. Bring up one strap on each side and put it in the snap in 'buckle'. You can adjust where the chest piece is and there is a 'stopper' you can move to prevent the neck straps from getting too long.

My third time buying your product I love the product the large is pretty much the same size as the medium and the rubber grommet that keeps it for losing its tension is very weak and stretches out easily otherwise great product.
