INCREDIBLE.
I was blown away with how nice the display box was; ultra sturdy, velvet lined, magnetic front lip.Opening it was another story, as seeing the knife in person is so much better than any picture can do it justice. INCREDIBLE blade, so thin and lightweight with a gorgeous Damascus layering pattern and near-mirror finish by the edge. The blade perfectly flows into the handle, which itself is flawless, comfortable, and great to look at.The blade is the sharpest I have ever seen on any knife before, and I have a long history with high end knives. It is BEYOND razor sharp, right out of the box.All in all, you get what you pay for. Yes, most people don't want to spend 70$ on a 7 inch cooking knife. But those who do likely appreciate the things that make it cost 70$. The fit and finish, the edge, the looks, and the bladesteel. Frankly, 70$ is a steal for this quality.I will definitely be looking for more from this maker! Hoping this will become an excuse to make more home-cooked food, and its certainly a bragging piece when company is over ;)Highly, highly recommended.

Gorgeous knife for great price
If you want a high quality knife for less than 100$ this is the knife for you. It's beautiful. The blade had a nice heft to it and feels very sturdy. This knife is so sharp I cut myself the first time I used it and didn't even notice until 10 minutes later. Highly reccomend.

Great knife
This knife is fantastic. From proteins to vegetables, it glides through with minimal effort. The handle is comfortable and allows you a good grip whether your hands are dry, wet, or greasy. I have sharpened this knife twice since I bought it over a year ago. The metal is good so it takes a bit, especially if you're a novice like me. This knife is one of my daily drivers. Whenever I cook, it'll make an appearance. It looks great and cuts great. My only gripe is about a year out, the handle started to wobble. It's very minimal right now, but over time will get worse.

My new favorite knife
The thing is really sharp. Well-balanced in the hand. Makes cutting, dicing, chopping, and slicing really easy. Become my go to knife and the kitchen. I don't even have to use any pressure when cutting vegetables, this thing just goes right through them like it's butta!

I love the look and feel of this knife
The manufacturer created a stunning knife that not only looks great but performs on the cutting board. The handle compliments a pinch grip. I don't have to choke up on the handle to maneuver the blade. The blade itself is extremely sharp and I know that with the VG10 Damascus, it will last if maintained properly. My favorite thing about this was the profile. It allowed for an effortless rock chop or push cut. For the price, this is a no brainer. For new cooks to seasoned chefs, I would recommend this knife. If you are new to cooking, make sure you use a good cutting board. the only negative reviews I saw on here were from people that had no idea how to use a knife.
