Good
Not much to write here. If you've never had a tiger nut, think of it like a "pearl" of coconut meat.

There are better tiger nuts out there
Don't let these tigernuts be the reason you decide not to like tigernuts. These are mediocre examples.Good tiger nuts are chewy and springy, with a flavor similar to coconut. These are really hard and relatively tasteless. Also, I occasionally had one that had notes of dirt (but not grit) or mold. You know, life isn't always good to the steamed mussels either, but I don't let one bad one put me off totally. Same with these.Overall they're just okay. But, if you happen upon better ones, you'll probably realize that you actually like tigernuts.

Welllll.. depends on your tastes
FIRST - do NOT eat straight out of bag. You are supposed to soak AND/or boil them. I soaked for 12 hours and they were still a bit uncomfortable to eat. Like stale damp nuts. Ha! (my first time trying - that may be what they are). I will try boiling next time. Their taste was slightly sweet, and not really nutty. Just not much going on there. They very well may have oodles of heart health benefits -- They may taste 'more' if you roast them... the internet says you make horchata milk from it. Basically, you don't get them because they are yummy you get 'em for your heart and whatnot. I might try them roasted -- and salted -- hahahaha.

Delicious Nutritious
So yummy and great value. I leave mine in water overnight then drain/rinse and store them in an airtight container. They’re nice and crunchy this way and more delicious for snacking, in my opinion. Try them!

I ate the peeled tigernuts, but I liked the whole tigernuts better.
There's less fiber in the peeled ones, but they lack the essence of the whole tigernut.
