My device was working well for several months, but then it started malfunctioning. I’m gonna start with: I was looking for the perfect steamer for quite some time and i’m happy i found one. It was delivered today and i tried it almost immediately. The steamer is legit. It gets really hot fast and works amazing on the fabric by taking out all the wrinkles quick and easy. The only thing is that it gets really hot so u have to be careful while using it, do not direct the steamer towards your other hand or skin while the steam is coming out of it or it will burn, otherwise is the perfect steamer. Beautifully designed and light weighted as well. Great for travel. Is roughly 1 lbs and it comes with a little velvety bag to store it. It has also a handle base as a cool off stand to place it while is hot. Well, i think i said it all. It’s worth the money.

I bought this steamer a few months ago and was never impressed with it. My $50 household steamer heats up in half the time and gets clothes steamed five time faster. This steamer is relatively portable and lightweight so I took it out of the closet and brought it on my most recent business trip. The steamer began making loud mechanical noises (nothing new for this device but the loudest I’ve ever heard) and began leaking a stream of scalding hot water that burnt my feet and left a pool of water on the floor. I tried turning it on and off again due to my time crunch and it wouldn’t heat up. Ended up Late to my meetings with a half steamed garment and I had to hobble in with burns all over my feet. Extremely disappointed in this product, especially at this price point. Wish I never bought it all.

I’ve had hand held steamers in the past. This one is so lightweight, easy to use, store and pack- made an easy task of steaming all our wedding clothes one last time before the big day. We had a destination wedding, so everything we packed had to be touched up. This Steamer works about 12 minutes before needing refill- which sounds cumbersome. Not at all. So easy to use and learning curve is non existent. The Teflon flat end allows for quick ironing as well ..Will be gifting this steamer in the future!

The steamer itself is awesome and powerful. The water capacity is low but the refills are quick and easy. The included stand it dumb tho. Don’t waist your time trying to understand why or how it works. Other than that, I love it and it is definitely worth it.

I love how sleek this device is and it is easy to set up and stow away. As other reviewers have mentioned, it is a bit heavy however it’s compact enough for me to take it for travel. So if weight isn’t an issue for you, I recommend this steamer. In terms of steaming, it took me 10 minutes to remove the wrinkles of one of my pants and 5 minutes for a smaller shirt. I love that I don’t have to deal with a traditional iron and the steam was very powerful even on the lowest setting. Also, the steamer doesn’t leave water marks on clothing.

Bought it two years ago for a Vacation trip. Rarely used it ever since. Took it with me again to another vacation recently and it started spilling a brown burn liquid. It stain my clothes. Not sure if it's rust or something else, but sad to see this malfunction after only a few uses.

Loved the steamer! It works great and is a perfect size. The only issue I have is when traveling in Europe, I found it hard to find “distilled water” to fill it with. From what I read in the instructions, they recommended not using tap water. If you are concerned about going over on the weight limits for your luggage, I wouldn’t take it on a trip. Just use the iron provided at your hotel.

Purchased the item for my trip. Worked once and never steamed again. It leaks water instead of steam. Disappointed.

This product initially worked well, however it stopped working in less than a year. I would expect it to last far longer at this price point. Will not be purchasing again.

It’s not bad. But the steam is not very strong and takes a few water re-fill tries to get through one garment. Not great for shirts but not bad for others like dresses or non-cotton base material.
