Makes you drench in sweat!
It’s durable and it works! Even if you do a light workout you will drench in sweat. Provides good support to the back as well. Totally worth the money.

I would like to say 20/10 would recommend!!! This belt is amazing. Goes on easy, even has a phone pocket, stays in place, does not bunch, makes you SWEAT, comes off easy, and is super easy to clean. I’m glad I ordered ☺️

That wet wet
This sweat belt has worked better than expected. I had a diffrent one in the past and it was not as effective. Warm day + 3 mile walk, I literally drip sweat from the front and back...enough to drench my shorts. Stayes in place and doesnt roll down. The velcro is very strong. Handy pocket for the phone. Seems durable so far, time will tell.

I love this waist trainer sm! It’s very comfortable and easy to run in. You sweat a ton, and I feel like it’s definitively helping define my abs. It’s pretty easy to clean, as you can just wipe it of with a towel. I would definitely recommend
