Q: What color is the under side of the beige damask canopy ? Also is the damask pattern beige and black?

The underside will be white; the color of the pattern will be a dark gray color.

Q: Is this replacement for this model # lcm1397b-rs

The canopy model LCM1397B-RS references the RipLock 350 Material and is made to also fit the Manhattan Gazebo. RipLock fabric is triple thread gridlines sewn onto the canopy to help stop rips from spreading. To make sure that you are ordering the right canopy for your gazebo, please reference the manufacturer model number, located on a tag on the original canopy or instructions manual.
