it works fine. Slightly better than the current metal ones.
Likes - holds the blade tighter and more securely than the cheap metal junk sold at the big box stores.Dislikes - 1. small size. 2. blade does not have a "lock in place" feature like the cheaply made metal units. 3. An overpriced piece of plastic.Summary. Performs slightly better at holding the razor blade than the made in China version of the 70 year old standard metal design. Not as good as the old metal ones made in the USA. Better than nothing. Three stars.
