Poor quality and bad customer service
Very disappointed with the poor costumer service, also more disappointed for the poor product quality, I do not recommend this product at all, you would be waisting your money to buy this

Hansgrohe Axor Citterio Faucet Model #39840001
First off, I was not able to install this product. As of this post, it is on it's way back to Amazon.Product: It is a beautiful product and appears well made. By all accounts and reviews, Hansgrohe manufactures a well made product. Hansgrohe 39840001 Axor Citterio Semi-Pro Kitchen Faucet, ChromeHansgrohe 39840001 Axor Citterio Semi-Pro Kitchen Faucet, Chrome Problem: The faucet I received could not be installed on standard 3/8 inch water line connections. The specification sheet by the manufacturer (attached) states that this model (#39840001) has 3/8 inch water line connection fittings. The water line connections on the faucet I received DID NOT have 3/8 inch fittings, they were much larger, like 5/8, only they were some other thread type, not standard (pic attached). In fact, the faucet came with adapters to transition NHT thread to G thread (whatever those are). I contacted the manufacturer via email (attached) to determine if there were any fittings that could adapt the faucet I received to my standard 3/8 inch water supply. The representative informed that the faucet I received was not intended for the U.S. market and there were no adapters that could make this work.My opinion is that the seller that supplied the faucet has received imported faucets not meant for the U.S. market. The price they are offering these for is well below others, so it's an attractive buy. Caveat emptor. Contact the seller to ensure that what you receive will work for your installation. Good quality, easy install
No complaints on this, looks to be heavy brass construction. Good fittings. Easy install, and worked fine. The design is nice because it allows the faucet to swing away from the sink, providing more room to work. The gooseneck springy part is also nice because it avoids the flakiness of a retractable hose - the main reason I replaced a similar model.

Worth it!
I love the way the spring spout is balanced so it rests near the holder when you let go of it. The hose is long enough that you can spray water into every corner of your sink. The toggle to turn on the spray is convenient. The faucet is high enough to accommodate your biggest pots. And it looks great! I've had it a year now, and I'm still happy with it.

Commercial Look for Residential Use
Purchased at an excellent price, arrived quickly and before estimated delivery date; vendor was great and the quality of the product is what you would expect from Hansgrohe - excellent - but I did deduct a star because the hose doesn't extend from the coil and isn't flexible enough to go down into my sink like the old Grohe faucet I had. Still love it - commercial look and quality, but still small enough to not overpower a residential kitchen!
