They Work
When I first purchased Pregmate’s pregnancy tests, I was using them as a means to calm my anxieties while on hormonal birth control (implant, then pill). I then ultimately switched to natural family planning as my husband and I crossed to a point where we would be okay if I wasn’t good at doing so; though we were not actively /trying/ trying. I’ll admit, there was a point where I began to wonder if they even worked at all. For such a great price for so many quick and easy to use test strips, I worried that I would get a false negative. Though it is now, years later since I began buying Pregmate that I can confidently circle back to confirm at 28 weeks pregnant that the tests do work and they are perfectly accurate (or at least as much as any gas station test). I will certainly continue to use Pregmate well into my family’s future.

Sensitive and reliable
I use these test strips as a cost effective way to feel safe using the calendar method for birth control. I test one week before my period is expected every month, the day of, and the days after until I get my period. I got a positive test on cycle day 17, just 7 days after ovulation. I thought it was a fluke, no way you can test positive that early! So I went out and bought some expensive clear blue extra early detection tests, which came back negative. I continued to get positive pregmate tests and did not get a positive clear blue test until cycle day 34. These tests are very sensitive, and accurate! I took over 20 pregmate tests while pregnant and did not get a single negative test, all clearly positive. Photos is of my positive pregmate test on cycle day 17

Accurate and Easy to Use!
I didn’t get to use these long, but the two I did use definitely worked!! I discovered I was pregnant the very first time I used them (at 2:30 a.m the night after I got them in the mail lol). I had had a very faint line on a dollar store test the previous evening, but wasn’t sure if it was legit as I had set it down and forgotten about for about 30 mins. So the middle of the night when I had to pee, I figured I’d go ahead and test. I had these new tests, why not use them?Dipped one in the cup and waited … and within a minute, a faint second line began to appear. I immediately tore open a second test and did the same thing, as I wanted to know if this was legit. Got the same result. A FRER test I had in my car and had forgotten about also showed a line! That line is now 2 1/2yrs old 🥰. I would definitely recommend these to anyone looking for bulk pregnancy tests. You just have to remember to look at the test within the time limit (anything after is sketch, as the test will sometimes show gray lines as it dries - it’s just showing where the urine filled up the testing area).

Accurate in my 6 years of use
Never had a false positive or shadow line in the 6 years we've been using them.Have had 2 miscarriage in that time and thoes are the only positive tests we've had. They also have ovulation tests.Pictured are NEGATIVE RESULTS of both pregnancy and ovulation testsI've used other cheap test strips but these have been the best made (some fall apart) and most accurate on not giving false hope which is grate when TTC10/10 I have recommended and give to people to have 1 on hand JIC

Reliable
Since my husband and I started having babies, I always keep these on hand to be sure. They are 99% accurate and reliable. They do sometimes have evap lines but you have to be sure to read within timeline. Much cheaper than buying pregnancy tests. Especially if you’re a crazy person like me constantly checking lol!!!

Accurate and Cheap.
**Update: Just so you know, the line won't be dark for a while. One of my pregnancy tests is still a somewhat faint line. Blood test performed on same day had my levels at 383 HCG. It took two more days to get a solid line, so assuming my HCG doubled in 48 hrs we can assume that for the solid line to occur you need at least 500 mIU/mL. So, just assume that's about where you're at if you have a solid line.Like many of you I have read the negative reviews and worried about the chances of false positives or negatives but can confidently say after using roughly 20 of the tests that they're accurate, with no errors. I am a laboratory technician and am familiar with testing QA. Following directions, I've found 20/20 (100% accuracy).I would also like to remind that a solid line in the "test" window but no line in the "control" window is NOT considered a positive, nor is it a false positive. It is an invalid test.Oversaturation is also another problem that I've seen. This test's result would also be considered invalid. You've got 3 seconds to leave the stick in your urine. Not 5. Not 10. Only 3. You also want to ensure that the urine does not exceed the "max" line which, again, would invalidate the results. Additionally, this is not a midstream test. Do not try and pee on the stick. That is not a valid way to perform the test and any results that show up should be considered invalid unless you perform the test properly.Anyways, it gave me a faint positive which has progressed daily to darker positive (not as dark as the control line but definitely obvious it's positive). I don't know when I ovulated (definitely not when I was supposed to--April 15th--since now I'm pregnant) but had sex April 8th and took first test on April 13th (appeared to be indent or evap line) with a faint positive appearing on April 14th. Have taken two every morning since. Expected period for me was supposed to be April 29th ("was" because I'm pregnant and it's probably not going to be the case right now, haha). My cycles are usually 44 days long with 3 days of light flow. Estimated ovulation date was April 15th, with fertile window beginning April 10th until April 16th.Looking at others whose HCG is in the hundreds with a darker faint leads me to believe that's about where I am.Did a test with just water and saw no evap or indent even after a bunch of days. Pictures to come.Hope this helps quell some of your fears about purchasing this test kit.Additionally: Here is my lot number with expiration dates so you can rest assured that if yours matches you should be getting at the minimum 98% accurate results.Lot Number: 101200303Expiration Date: 2022-03-11Remember ladies, there's always a chance for error. Tests work out to cost about $0.30/test (50 tests at $14.95). When in doubt test again. Good luck for whichever case you're hoping for (positive or negative.)

Trusty strips!
Bought these when conceiving my 1st and tested postive at 10 dpo! Conceived again in October 2024 and positive came up at 12 dpo as well. We ended up miscarrying at 12 weeks, but will def be getting more for when we start trying again. Love having these on hand especially when we’re trying to conceive cuz they’re quick, easy, + an affordable way to test instead of more expensive tests.
