In case anybody has the same edge case, I used this to replace covering for both a massage chair and two neck massagers. I tend to get into the mechanism and electronics to maintain/repair rather than buy another. The material is in direct contact with the rollers and does exactly what I hoped it would. It has been on the massage chair for over a year and, though the material has "softened" which works well, it shows no signs of breaking through.

It was the exact material I was looking for. It was a little thinner than I excepted but I still loved it. Works perfect for horse tail bags.
