I had to get a replacement as the original charging cord couldn’t be found. This was much better than buying a new machine.

The product was the wrong size * It stated it would fit the product number listed on my previous adapter - it didn't - too short . It even had the exact same numbers on it - I was told I was being issued a refund because the item already shipped yet it was still 4 - 5 days out. I was told delivery would be on a Sunday evening by 9:00 pm I get a message at 8:55 PM stating it would be another 3 - 4 days. UNACCEPTABLE!! According to our contract if we do not receive within 2 days from shipment we are supposed to receive a refund. I never did. I thought it would be OK because I would not be charged for an adapter that didn't even work. that never happened. No refund - no workable adapter. I am NOT happy to say the least

Works fine but, yes, part of barrel plug exposed
We lost the power supply for our Iceman 3 and, based on the reviews, price, and one day shipping, picked up this one. Plugged it in and it worked perfectly.However . . .As a couple of other people have pointed out, the barrel plug is a little longer that the original one so a little of the metal is exposed. Does that make it dangerous? I don't know. Will that make it more apt to fall out? I don't know. Will I maybe use a power strip to control the on/off and put a small piece of electrical tape around it just in case? Yeah, that seems like a plan.

Easy and inexpensive
I thought my Iceman machine was worn out. What a pleasant surprise that the problem was in the AC/DC adapter for less than $20!
