The media could not be loaded.  Had it assembled by my handyman coz i dont want touch any gas lines which i dont need to be worried about coz it was such an easy installation. Looks sturdy! Its got three areas to spread the flame! Waiting for the rest of my firewood parts etc and i am ready for winter use. Great buy for the quality!

Spreads the fire out under my fake logs, makes it look like there is fire all over the logs

Great burner but gave it only 3 stars because it tends to whistle with valve open and ignited. Fine-tuning the volume of gas at the valve corrects it but that should not need to happen.

Looks nice. Works well. Feels like good quality. Didn’t give it 5 stars because the sound of the gas coming out is louder than I’d like.

Found this product to be just as advertised. Easy to install. The conversion to a gas burner fireplace was a snap.

I really like this burner and the way it disperses the heat and flame and like the plate the burners sit on. Really surprised with the quality and the price is right. If you do buy this burner I would recommend replacing the 3/8’s gas flex line that it came with to 1/2 so it doesn’t whistle as much. 5 stars all day

Good looking product. Why would I mind having to seek out instructions somewhere on the internet? How absurd they didn’t throw a single sheet of paper in to explain the parts. Thanks for caring
