Great!!!!!
Arrived quickly and was SO well packed. Each bottle was individually wrapped in bubble wrap and securely placed in box. Also, Moxie tastes great--in my opinion.

There’s no substitute, a great taste
I know, it’s not for everyone, but many, after the first taste, become life long fans. For sure, it tastes better from a bottle than a can.

My Dad loves this
My 90 yr old father loves Moxie. He grew up drinking it and over the years, it has become difficult to find. I'm glad I could find it available on Amazon and buy some for my father.

Hey! You need to try this!
Back in the late 1800s/early 1900s, there were many elixirs, tonics and other medicinal drinks, produced to cure a number of ailments ranging from upset stomach to headaches. Many of these drink producers eventually added sugar, flavoring and other additives to improve the taste, leading to the soft drinks we know and love today.Moxie clearly failed to make this transition....My first introduction to a Moxie was friend walking up with a bottle and saying "You have to try this....its terrible!" So naturally I took a drink....Below is a description of life cycle of a Moxie when tried for the first time:[takes first sip]"This isn't so bad...its not good, but not as bad as everyone made it out to be"[the aftertaste of the first sip hits]"Whoa! this is actually terrible!"[self doubt begins to creep in]"There is no way Moxie is this bad. Maybe it was just a bad first impression...I should take another sip"[takes second sip][visibly shudders]"Yep, this is exactly as bad as I though this was...[waves to nearest person]"Hey! you need to try this...its terrible!!"I gave this 5 stars because it is really fun to watch other people try it and get their description of the flavor. so far I have heard "Liquid fart" "Burnt Rubber" and "The IPA of Root Beer"So what are you waiting for, give it a try!

Strange, bitter, enjoyable.
The taste is comparable to rootbeer with notes of bubblegum, but far more bitter than rootbeer. I reccomend adding it to ice. Though with that said it is also very expensive for how much you get.

Here In Short Is What the Flavor's Really Like!
I tried it for the first time yesterday. It's nothing awful or bizarre as some reviews would have you believe--quite the opposite. Imagine a drink of which the taste is 75% a quality Root Beer and 25% Coke, with which there is a pleasant vague kick of an aftertaste, that's Moxie. It goes down smoothly, and in ten or fifteen minutes after taking a few swallows, if you're like me you'll feel a welcome slight aura of well-being come over you, which will last for a while. Chill it, sip it, enjoy it.It would taste great in a float with vanilla ice cream.

A most unusual taste
Moxie is a unique soda, it tastes like cough syrup. Somewhere between root beer and cola but the worst aspects of both flavors. If you are curious buy one bottle or can. That will probably be more than enough.

Moxie!! An original flavor that has survived for decades
Moxie is Mad Magazine. Moxie is unique in flavor, not matched by the rest of the whimpy soft drinks. Yes, it is more expensive, small batch produced, fortunately not killed by Coke (who bought the company), and unparalleled in its genre. Moxie rules!!
