I'll start off by saying that I absolutely Love BHU double chocolate chip cookie dough and the regular chocolate chip cookie dough. I ordered the two jars of double chocolate chip cookie dough and I was very impressed with the packaging this time. I think came with an ice pack to prevent from melting and oozing out of the jar (which here in South Texas the weather is so unpredictable and hot or hotter than hot most of the year that it's pretty much necessary to have any food item shipped with an ice pack). So the jars arrived safe and not a melted inside the box. However unfortunately both my jars of Cookie dough had the safety lid seals that looked like they had half melted or the glue or lining melted on them both from the inside and all around the edges on the outside. I didn't think anything of it until I digged in for a taste, it tasted horrible like chocolate with plastic! .... Now I know what it's supposed to taste like because I buy this all the time. Unfortunately per Amazon you can't return or exchange. I contacted seller and explained everything, they were so quick to respond and they refunded my money (which was about $15 per jar, expensive I know but I'm telling you it's sooo delicious and worth every penny!) And said that they would even replace my order!!! I was thrilled!! That's awesome customer service!!! Now I still haven't received my replacement but I did get a refund for the bad batch. All in all great products and amazing customer service. I will STILL continue to purchase their cookie dough and other products which are healthier than regular cookie dough at the store, and also recommend to everyone to buy and try it if they haven't yet! Thank you BHU for the wonderfully yummy healthy keto products you make!!!

I had one tiny bite and thought I was going to be sick. Really not trying to bash the company, but the product is really that bad. Price is not worth the quality, very disappointed.

Just opening the package, the aroma is very appealing. The cookie dough has a sweet flavor and pleasant grainy texture. The chocolate is smooth and blends ideally with the dough. It's so great to be able to eat a high-protein sweet treat that's organic and vegan! Bonus points that it needs no refrigeration and therefore keeps its consistency in your pantry (if you can keep it that long without finishing).

I wish I had listened to the negative reviews, but I gave this company the benefit of the doubt, thinking people can just be super picky.If you're going to suggest a product is like cookie dough and even call it cookie dough, it should at the very least have the texture of cookie dough, or even a similar flavor. But this has neither.The texture is weird, like a creamy mousse, which doesn't sound too bad, but the taste ruins it. It tastes nothing like cookie dough, not even a healthy version or... anything. It doesn't even taste good in a general sense to at least make up for what was expected from a "cookie dough" product.Cardboard. I have no idea how else to describe the flavor.This is way too much money to waste on something so horrible. So, if you're expecting something similar to cookie dough, but healthier, listen to this review and others that say so, this is not it. You will be disappointed.

I was immediately excited to open up the jar after I reviewed the nutritional facts! As a vegan, I am always looking for a vegan version of the classics that we all grew up with to enjoy now. This is not only a great vegan option but also a low-sugar and gluten-free version. Not only is it great nutritionally, but once I had a spoonful, I was so impressed with the texture and overall flavor! Such a treat for sure! I'm glad this exists for my wife and I to enjoy together!

I really wanted to like this, but there is something like an oil or I don't even know, but something is overpowering the potential taste of this and I just can continue trying to snack on it. Can't put my finger on it but yeah, not for me.

I bought the chocolate chip cookie dough. I agree with some of the other reviews that there is a slightly weird aftertaste. If you taste mostly with the back of your tongue instead of the front you dont get as much of the aftertaste and it tastes pretty much like regular cookie dough. It's actually very impressive given there is no sugar and almost no carbs. You could have over ten tablespoons of this stuff and stay under 50g carbs.For the other people talking smack, I have NO clue what their expectations were. Did you really think it would be indistinguishable from regular cookie dough? Those people aren't goin to last 2 weeks on Keto.

I was excited for this product, and it arrived in packaging that was warm and absolutely vile when eating it. I only wish it was better and when asking for a replacement, I was denied one. While brands work hard to create great products and innovate to the right user-base, this customer service experience was pitiful- but not as bad as the product itself.
