Great Phone Mount!
This a great mount for my smart phone. I really liked the one my friend had in his car, but there was a ugly residue Mark on his dash. I asked him what it was from and he told me that is where had it mounted previously and cant get it off. I did not like that and decided against getting one. When I saw this one I liked that it mounted to the air louvers and didn't use adhesive. It locks into position securely and has a pivot lock to turn it where I want it. The magnet that goes behind my phone cover grabs on strong and has not caused any problems with the phones performance. This is a great phone mount and I plan on buying some for my family for the holidays. It's worth much more than I paid! One of the better purchases I've made for my car.

Better than others.
I travel a lot and use a vent magnet for my phone/GPS. I had one that would just stick in a vent but the prongs spread out so much that it would fall out of the vent. I really like this one because you tighten it to the vent and there's no chance of it slipping off. We used this for a 12 hour drive and didn't feel like it would fall out at all.The fact we can pivot the phone is an added bonus - now, the screen can be biased towards the driver for using with a GPS.Very happy with this purchase.

Broken in less than a week!
Poor quality product. First, it barely holds my Iphone 6s plus in UAG case. Phone falls off when i have bumpy ride. The clamp does not hold it sturdy in a vent, and the phone wiggles and moves when car makes turns. The worst part is that before one week anniversary of ownership, the magnet completely fell out of plastic cup that is connected to the clamp, making it no longer usable. Just the opposite of most 5-star reviews, which are likely fake reviews. Horrible product, do yourself a favor and avoid it.

Clips on securely and magnet is strong.
I like the car mount. It clips on securely. I wish it would stay in position better. It tends to fall forward. My only real negative is that it pulls the vent down so that the air can't flow properly. This happens with most of the ones I've used though.

Works as described
Very good stand. Using it in my Toyota Matrix. First I had concerns of how the magnet would keep it stable, but so far no issue. Prompt delivery. Works as described.
