ella+mila Nail Polish, BonBon Collection - Pucker Up

Liked everything. Great color. Arrived way early. Very happy with this product.

This was perfect for the event I needed it for. I really like this polish!

The color was really nice I got compliments. I used this product during pregnancy. I appreciate the ingredients, but the smell is still strong if you have issues with that. The polish lasts a while especially with the top coat.

The color shown as Samba is a pretty aqua. It’s actually more of an olive green, which was disappointing. I can still use it, but it’s not the color I want for summer. Makes me hesitant to order other colors because I’m not sure what I’ll actually get.I’ve recently started using their gel- like top coat, and am pleased with it. It looks like gel and wears well. I also like the fact that these products are cruelty-free.

I purchased three different colors from Ella Mila. The colors are beautiful but the chipping is beyond ridiculous. I polished them, threw some dinner in the oven and four of them were already chipped. And I didn’t even have to prep the dinner. I want to get a refund buy Amazon says they can’t be returned. Maybe I can get a refund for the one I purchased directly from them. Pretty colors, horrible product!

First of all, the colors were beautiful...little plum dress and blindfold me. But, they did not perform as advertised. The reason I wanted to try these polishes was because they were not supposed to chip and the wear time was definitely more than "regular" OTC polishes. I did purchase the prep bottle, also, to be able to give an honest/fair opinion for the process. By day 2, the polish was wearing off the tips and by day 3, it had chipped quite a bit on 3 nails....enough that I had to touch up those nails as well as the tips of all. I'm not hard on my nails unless it's summer time and I'm gardening and my significant other washes the dishes for us so no hands in water regularly. Just disappointed in paying $11.99 when I usually buy OTC for about $4 at the most. May work better for someone else, just did not for me.

I don't usually wear basic nail polish, as it does not last more than 2-3 days before chipping, etc (and I don't like the long-term effects of the gel nail polish on my nails). Nevertheless, I wanted nice nails to attend a wedding, and this product did not disappoint! After 5 days of travel, my nail polish survived (note: I also used the brand's base coat as well, which may have helped). Removal was a breeze - the easiest one yet. And I like that the product is free of many of the harmful chemicals in traditional polish. Only downside: because it ships from the company, the shipping fee (around $8) was almost the cost of the bottle of polish. Still. I'm happy I tried it, and am an Ella + Mila convert.
