PPS CLASSIC SCEPTIC
I was skeptical at first. Got the sights yesterday installed last night I used the Sporgain sight pusher purchased here on Amazon. Install was quick and easy, cleaned slots after removing old sights and dried, they are a very tight fit I put a little loctite in the screw hole moved it around with a straight paperclip and a little on the screw being careful not to over tighten it is a very small screw and a little prior to rear sight install. They are very bright in total darkness. So far so good I highly recommend these sights after all my research and reading all the reviews. (sorry for the focus on the pics could not add the ones I took last night before/after install) PS: The sights have markings front and rear MH3 I thought would be size but M for Mepro H3 for tritium nothing else not tall at all will find out how they shoot at range

Perfect for PPQ M2
I love these. First off, I can't speak for other frames, but my .40S&W received the new sights easily, and with no change in elevation accuracy. I bought these for my home defense pistol, because that's about the only viable scenario I can foresee needing to shoot in less than ideal lighting conditions.Tips on removing the original sights:The OEM front sight of my weapon has this non-standard sized setscrew that receives a 1.3mm allen wrench. Another reviewer mentioned a specialty tool that costs an outrageous amount of money to purchase from Walther...OR you can spend less than $12 here on Amazon and purchase the Tekton 2830 driver set. The included "T5" torque bit is a perfect fit. There's another bit in the included set that helps with the installation of the Meprolight front sight that I'll get to in a moment. The OEM rear sight has an alignment pin that catches on the sight adjustment screw. This pin is located on the right side of the weapon and can be pressed down with a small blade screwdriver (plastic preferred so there's no chance of damaging components), releasing its hold on the adjustment screw. While depressing the pin, the sight will slide away from the pin (to the left) with no resistance. The sight adjustment screw will need to be installed on the Meprolight rear sight. Removal of the screw is counter-intuitive because of the reverse threads, but do yourself a favor and count the revolutions it takes to remove the screw. Mine for example was 16 full turns. This will get you as close as possible when you install the adjustment screw on the Meprolight sights.Tips on installing the Meprolight sights:The front sight comes with a standard hexagonal head screw for mounting. Once again, the Tekton 2830 set here on Amazon comes with a 5mm nut driver bit that fits perfectly with the available space (not much) you have to work with. No, I'm not affiliated with Amazon, Tekton, nor do I receive any benefit whatsoever from you buying the Tekton 2830 set. I'm simply trying to make your experience as easy as possible. The rear sights fit the OEM adjustment screw perfectly. Remembering the reverse threads, get the screw to catch and begin counting revolutions until you match the turns it took to remove it from the original rear sights. The alignment pin will not fall out with the sights removed, but it will probably turn after so much handling. Just be mindful to keep the slot oriented parallel to the barrel so that it catches the adjustment screw when installing the new rear sights. Once you slide the sights in place and hear the pin click into place, you're done (barring some minor adjusting that may be necessary the next time you shoot). As best I could tell, these sights have the exact same profile as my OEM's when I held them side by side (only considering what they look like mounted on the weapon, not the differences in mounting on the front sights). There is absolutely no difference or catching when I holster the gun in my Blackhawk! Serpa holster. If I've left out anything you might have a question on, please feel free to ask. I will confidently recommend these to anyone, and just bought another set for a second weapon because I like them that much.Cheers!

Great sights, DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN
Purchased these for a Walther PPS M2.Installation:Not the easiest to remove the rear sight, I recommend buying a NC Star vism sight tool for $49. I know NC Star has a bad reputation but without it I would take this to a gunsmith. The rear sight has a roll pin that needs to be snapped in with pliers which was pretty easy. The sight tool allowed me to slide the rear sight right back in and center it.The front sight was really easy to install EXCEPT if you over tighten it, the screw will snap really easy! Ended up dropping $30 for a new front sight because I broke the screw off, really mad about that. Drop blue loctite in the hole of the front sight screw in the screw and once it stops turning STOP! Do not try to torque down at all! Again, this screw is extremely weak, do not try to force it in!!Performance:They look great, identical size to factory sights just with a ridiculous brightness. Seem really sturdy and durable too. Take a look at the pics I added, these are bright in darkest rooms and still glow well in a dim room.Very happy, hope they last 10 years. Remember, DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN THE FRONT SIGHT SCREW!!!
