Supreme quality knife
Zyliss never disappoint, another great quality knife. Would recommend zyliss knives as once you use them you will not what to use anything else. Good gripping handle. I now have 12 zyliss products (knives and peelers) in my collection.

Does the Job
I bought this knife for the grip. I wasn't disappointed. I have had a gel wide grip knife for years that broke recently that I needed to replace. I have arthritis in my hand and struggle to grip knives and am very nervous chopping. This knife feels comfortable and safe with a good quality soft grip handle and quality blade. Nice weight balance. A quality product.

This will be my 3rd knife since 2022 and itโs great. Whoever says itโs rusts must not dry their knives because Iโve had mine for 3 years no rust! Very sharp
