Great product!!
I purchase this, because I had rotator cuff surgery in August of this year (2018). When I first received it, it was to heavy for my shoulder and to heavy for me to try to place on my shoulder. It’s well made and very sturdy. It is now December and I’ve been using it since around the end of October. It is a great product and I can use it with ease now that I’m doing physical therapy and my shoulder has healed nicely. It stays cold for a long time. I know other reviews have stated it doesn’t stay cold very long, but for me it stays cold long enough, and longer. Thanks for the great product!

Works well for kids in sports
Got this sleeve for my son to use after pitching in baseball games. Works perfectly! He's a lefty so we have to reverse it, which seems off at first but once we figured it out its no problem. Gives the right amount of coverage and cooling and is so clean and easy to use. Much better than ice packs

My Daughter Loves This Sleeve!
My daughter pitches for her college team and we bought this sleeve for her after we had trouble multiple times with other sleeves that had ice packs built into them (leaking was a common problem). She absolutely loves her new sleeve and also has loaned it to teammates with no problems with fit for different sized arms. This isn't the cheapest arm sleeve you will find, but it works great and we really think it was worth the extra money.

Pretty good but heavy and needs more coverage.
This shoulder / arm ice pack is pretty good. I have not tried hot, only cold. The cold lasts 30 minutes before having to go back in freezer. Please be aware this is VERY heavy. It’s fine for athletes, but if you have pain, injury, surgery recovery, the weight may hurt you. You will need to lie down with it and not walk around due to how heavy. I wish it came higher up on the shoulder and covered more of the shoulder blade. You have to pull it up really high to cover the full shoulder, but then it doesn’t get all of the elbow. I am a lady, so I would think this would run kind of small for a larger person who needs full shoulder and elbow coverage.

Only works well warm NOT cold
Works much better warm than cold. Does not stay cold more than a few minutes (less than 5 minutes) even straight out of the freezer. Only use it for warm out of the microwave and use ice packs for cold.

Best Arm Care Product
Was hesitant at first but looked at the multiple 5 stars out there. This is by far the easiest more efficient arm sleeve we’ve ever had. Worth every penny. Son ices his arm after every pitching outing and actually takes 5 seconds to put on. He’s a left handed pitcher so works great for him!

Doesn’t hold cold temps
If you are looking for a product that gets cold and can stay cold for more than 5 minutes - this is not the product to purchase. It simply does not stay cold long enough to ice an arm down correctly. Waste of money.

Worth. Every. Penny.
I throw freight for a living & have two blah shoulders as a result. Hate trying to use ice packs to chase inflammation around in circles/never really able to overtake the warmth on bad days. Ordered one of these to test and OMG WORTH.EVERY.PENNY. The design is mirrored on each side/straps and all = can easily wear on the left or right. Ordered a second sleeve so I can insta-cool both shoulders at once and... I've found I have no words other than... thaaaaank you!! Been looking for something like this for YEARS = like the gel-based cooling wraps they used in my old physical therapy sessions = soft/flexible/wraps comfortably around the target area. The only way these could be better is if if the arms came down further/just past the wrists, but that's where ice packs can totally keep up, so I'm not complaining! Would also be neat if they were made so you could snap two sleeves together vs overlapping one, but I know it wasn't their original purpose = am just so happy they CAN work as a pair = WIN! :D
