Strong magnetic tip and excellent handle design.
If this thing holds up it's going to be my favorite driver yet. The magnetic tip is super strong. The handle design is excellent. The shape digs into the palm of your hand for grip and the rubber keeps it comfortable under load. The knurled shaft makes spinning easy and precise.

Feels solid, perfect length, magnet works
Feels solid, perfect length, magnet works. This is just what I needed. It allows you to use any sort of square bit etc, and also allows you to attach 1/4" square backed sockets via a hex to square locking-bit.I've also got a 1/4 HEX to 1/2" hex adapter on the way, so that I'll be able to use 1/2" square backed sockets.I've also got a 105 degree 1/4" angle adapter to use this around corners. Pretty groovy.EDITI used it to do some carpentry. It's amazing. It's really easy to generate torque with it because of it's wide handle and rubber grip. The tolerances are great. When you put bits into it, they don't wobble. Great quality.I even played around with putting drill chucks in it (but didn't drill any holes) and it feels good.

Very nice design
This is a very nice combo screwdriver. I got the non-rachet version, and it's lightweight and easy to hold. It's a good selection of bits and they seem durable. The Torx 15 and 20 bits even have the hole in the end so they will work with tamper-proof fittings. I appreciate the square drive bits which are not included in some combos. I especially like the extending shaft. The wire detent locking mechanism is solid and easy to use, and does not rattle when snapped into place (a pet peeve of mine). There was a slight rattle in the handle due to the bit holder (that pet peeve again), which was solved by gluing a small piece of foam rubber in the cap. The end of the shaft is a ball detent style, so the shaft can be fully removed and used with a ball detent chuck. This is a very nice tool - and for the price, a great tool! Edit: Just discovered a great extra feature. You can remove the shaft and insert one of the bits directly into the built-in chuck to make a perfect "stubby" screwdriver. SEE PHOTO. The bit locks perfectly into the wire detent chuck.

Good 1/4 inch magnetic handle driver
The handle is soft with black textured rubber grip molded-in to the harder red plastic. Very comfortable and avoids the sore hands from "Gripping and Ripping" when there are tough applications. The reason I got this was to assemble a very long screwdriver for a specific application, with extensions and all the tips for phillips screws. If you've ever tried to buy a long screwdriver eg: 24 inches, and not even know if it's the right tip you won't have any trouble understanding this! Now, whatever length screwdriver is required can be made to finish the job. This TEKPREM handle has a magnetic tip but it's only "strong" holding one of the small bits for some type of screw. With extensions the magnetic tip will STILL work, but not so strongly, and for such long tools I wrap the connection from the handle to the extension with a few inches of duct-tape. Even if I could find a handle with a stronger magnetic tip I would still use this one because of the great grip!

BEST Screwdriver I've had in a LONG time.
Working in IT, I've used a number of screwdrivers over the years.Ratcheting, swappable shafts, shafts with retaining bearings, regular screwdrivers, and magnetic screwdrivers. There was ONE screwdriver which was my favorite. Unfortunately, it was no longer made.My requirements:Not ratchetableNo swappable shaftsNo bits in the handleMust be magneticNo lids or gimmicks that hold crap in the grip.Must be comfortable to use. This "bit holder" / screwdriver fits the bill. It's comfortable. You're not losing bits or shafts because they're kept in a different case.No crappy ratcheting, which you always have to fiddle with to go the right direction.Just a good old comfortable magnetic screwdriver!I liked it so much, I immediately ordered TWO more. Buy an extra in case you lose it.I love this tool!

Good solid driver for the price
Have been very happy with it. Handle is comfortable and good for control. Bits fit well and securely. Only a tiny bit of wobble to the bit but there's no way around that with a driver that uses just a magnet to hold the bit--there has to be enough play so you can get the bit in and out. But that tiny bit of play has never been an issue while I've used it--don't even notice it.
