Genuine Pure cocoa
I have several allergies and I usually cannot eat anything made with cocoa powder due to additives.This is a.pire one, I enjoyed finally cakes and biscuits after long time.Happy

Misleading and false description
False description: The online description and pictures says it is a 'pure cacao powder to which 'nothing has been added'. But this is a lie; its tag (not shown online) states it has E501 (potassium carbonate) and E525 (potassium hydroxide) added to it.Misleading: The package front shown online says 'produced from raw cacao beans' but the plastered on tag (not shown online) says it's been 'fat reduced to 12%', which means it's been toasted and pressed to extract the cocoa butter. Sure, all processed foods were originally made from raw foods. This is misleading, to say the least.The taste is much more bitter than the mellower and lighter cocoa powder which has not been 'Dutch processed'; so it's just like the the supermarket type we wanted to avoid.

I add the cacao powder to milk chocolate flakes to add richness to the hot drink.
Good rich taste when the powder is added to chocolate flakes, especially when hot chocolate is made in a machine that froth milk and hot drinks.
