This laptop is new with , and it was well protected , it's good price, i use it for online class and everything is well with it, i really like it soo much for the fact that it connects to my samsung mobile hotspot.Well i can't comment soo much as i only had it for a day , will see how things goes after few days or weeks. *fingercross*
