Great Variety, Be Real About Expectations
Ordering a set like this should have realistic expectations. The cards that came in the box were from series between Revised (3rd) Edition and all series released in 2024. Included were mythic, limited release, a large number of foils, and a handful of artist rendering cards. The realist parts, some cards are not perfect. Rarities are well percentaged, duplicates do NOT exceed four that is allowed in normal play, no favor toward any color or artifacts, and many duplicate cards are legit from different sets like year editions or Chronicles and Fallen Empires. Specific card value is not major, you won't get that Mox or 'eliminate all' sorcery that is valued exceptionally high but what is there is variety. Don't get bummed out when going through, some of the cards I received had minor bends at a corner as the cards are shipped loosely in a single, long box designed to hold cards, just not snuggly. I'd order again.

NOT A SINGLE LAND, tons of duplicates
First the good... the box came quickly. Thank you for that. There was a similar number of color cards, though very few artifact or multi color cards. The bad: My biggest problem is there is not a single land in th entire box! Not any color, not in non color, nothing. The description said three would be non basic land but there was no land at all! You CAN NOT build a magic desk without land! That makes this box completely useless. I was lucky, someone I know was able to give me basic land to make my deck with. If it were nit for that I would not be able to play the game using this box!Second issue I the amount of duplicates. Some are fine, I would say 4 or even sometimes 5 would be ok.... but almost every card had duplicates sometimes as many as 10.I was building a red and blue commander deck uing these cards. I had also purchased separately a 15 card red creatures booster pack and a 15 card blur creature booster pack. Thank God I did because after going through this box I was struggling to get enough cards to build th deck because in commander you can only have one of each card. That I how bad th dupes are... using 2 colors I couldn't come up with 99 unique cards. That is simply shameful. I hope the seller reads this review and fixes his boxes so he doesn't screw over another customer this badly

Perfect for sharpie cube! Or very basic starter decks to tech new players
To start if you are wanting to get a box of 1000 different cards to get back into magic or build a deck to play at Friday night magic this is not for you. This is random bulk box. Tons of duplicate cards 4+ of each or just random chaff. That’s what you are buying. None of these cards are worth anything. Tons of vanilla creatures and cards that will never see play. However it is loads of fun to go through the box. Old sets, new sets, random funky cards you would never see outside of one of these random bulk boxes. Plus a lot of the cards are commons that have good upside and bad downside so it’s perfect for sharpie cube which I highly recommend. It’s a blast!

First order was great, second order was unacceptable.
Instant collection? Nearly equal amount of each card colors? Not true at all. 21 unique cards, 10 of which were the foils/rare/mythics. The rest were just copies of the other 11. I dont know who needs more than 200 Quicksilver Fisher cards but it sure isn't me. The only reason it isn't 1 star is that i bought this twice, once a few weeks ago and one a few days ago. The first one was great, hence why I ordered again. But the second one was just not okay. It is inconsistent and I won't be taking my chances again. But I will say the quality of the cards was great.

Depends on intent of use
In 1000 cards there were about a dozen foils and only 3 rares. No mythics no planeswalkers. Lands were about 40 basics but only swamps and mountains. Some cards were in duplicate and while maybe having 4 of a card isn’t bad to building a standard deck there is literally no reason to have 10-12 of the exact same card. The duplicates came stacked together so it is something the seller could manage to avoid easily. Most of the cards I wouldn’t put in a deck truly. However these cards were purchased to start my daughter’s collection and they did span the entire time line of magic cards soooo with that in mind, if you are looking for a way to share the magic of your childhood with your child now starting to play magic then this is easily $20 well spent.

Ya get what it says.
Overall what was advertised was what was received. Not bad at all. 99% of cards were in very good condition. A couple has bad wear but we're all just bland commons. A fair amount of uncommons. I saw 4 rares I believe. A handful of foils. Neat, was two cards in other languages. A few major duplicates but maybe 4 or 5 cards had like 10 or more dupes but nothing crazy. The sets were a little bit of all over the place. Probably about 100 maybe 150 cards pre 2005. The rest were mostly 2016 and forward.A little disappointed with the variety of colours. A third of the box was blue. A third was white and the other third was red black and like 10 greens. 1 artifact, a common foil, and two gold cards.Overall for the price I can't complain worth it.
