Fantastic book series. Adventurous children from another era are completely relatable to my 7 year old granddaughter.

I had bought this book as well as the other in the series as a gift. It came and I put it in a box until Christmas. When I finally looked at it I realized it was not what I bought at all! It was an advance readers edition which means that some of the illustrations are not even in the book yet. Plus, I had ordered a hardcover and this came as a softcover. Very disappointed I can not return it. I couldn’t even give it as a gift.
