Q: Just received 12 inch turntable but it does not rotate. I think a part is missing at the base

I just received mine today and mine also doesn’t have the piece that allows it to rotate!

Q: The listing says it us gray. Is the outside of the turntable white?

Yes. The outside is white. The inside bottom liner is grey.

Q: My cupboard that I would like this for is 10” deep. Will this lazy Susan fit?

No......the one shown says 12” if you do not have a door it will stick out 2 inches & if you have a door, you will not be able to close it. Mine it 18’ and I have it under my sink.......I LOVE it!
