These are great multi-purpose cards. I've used them for thank-yous, wedding gifts, etc. They are large enough to fit 4x6 pictures so that's great when sending family photos out. Some reviews commented on the adhesive. It's not as strong or thick as your typical envelope, but I haven't had issues with them opening before (at least before sending them). Have had them for about 3 years.
