UTK Red Light Therapy Pad, 660nm Red & 850nm Near-Infrared Body Wrap

In June of 2025 I purchased this red light pad. Absolutely loved it for 8 months it worked wonders on my knee. Then one evening it would no longer turn on. The product comes with a year warranty. Label on the instructions said not to contact the seller with issues, but instead contact the manufacturer directly. I did write, but I was skeptical if I would ever hear back. Wow! Was ever pleasantly surprised. They responded within one day. We corresponded several more times, they requested a short video to be able to assess the problem and within 10 days they had a brand new unit at my door! I can’t say enough good things about this product and the amazing customer service! This is truly is one of the best companies I’ve dealt with in a very long time. Thank you UTK!!

This awesome Red Light pad works great and helps with pain and inflammation. I really like the upgrade from the first one I bought years ago. I think it's reasonably priced and I highly recommend it.

I purchased this unit to replace a similar unit that finally died after many years. It works well. I like that it can be used with a portable power bank, as well as plugged in to a wall socket. It doesn't get quite as warm with the power bank, but is still effective. The cord that goes from the power bank to the unit came defective, the USB end fell apart with the first usage - which is why I only gave it 4 stars. BUT the customer service is great! They sent me a new cord at no cost and it is of a sturdier design. I also had a few other questions and Vivian on the support team has been knowledgeable and patient. All done through email, but I still felt well taken care of. I have been using this red light therapy pad for a year. I wrap it around my straight knee. It is extremely easy to use and comfortable. It is very sturdy. The heat level is excellent. I have compared this pad to other ones. It has many more lights and more functionality. I think it's the best one available on Amazon. Definitely excellent value for your money. Customer Service for this product is also excellent!! I highly recommend it.

It does light up fine but I am mixed on how much it helps. It is relaxing and I like the heat it generate but so far while it does feel good to my neck which has some mobility issues I don't know if it is making it better. I have had less pain in my neck to a small degree. I am going to keep it simply because it does feel good. My hands also have some arthritic problems and it seems to help some.

I've spent about $1200 on high quality powerful red light devices. After seeing a Gembared review on RLT LED belts I decided... What's another $100? I bought one of these. The very first time I used it was on my left knee for 20 minutes. It has an automatic timer shutoff. I just sat in bed with my leg straight, watching TV and letting the light do its thing. I take it off and go about my day. It was about an hour later I noticed for the first time in months that I had ZERO pain in my knee. It was like a miracle. I was elated at just the idea I was walking around, sitting up and down without any of the pain and groans that mistakenly mark me as an old man. The bad news is the relief only lasted about 24 hours, the pain returned but at about 80% of what it was prior to RLT. I've been using the wrap on both knees for 20 minutes and also my torso 3 20 minute sessions (upper, mid and lower) as the wrap isn't that big. It's easy though to just have in against your skin under a t-shirt and move it down and turn back on again while reading or watching TV. The advantage of one of these over standing in front of a unit, is no glasses needed, longer times at lower levels possible, practically no loss due to reflected light. If I was making a first purchase or recommendation this would be it. I can't imagine not having one of these in my life for the rest of my life. This thing really works. BTW - I thought for weeks I'd buy the DGYAO but after considering the EMR power issue this one seemed like a better way to go. It's just about the right size for me and I'm a big guy like an NFL player.

Unfortunately, this belt produces so much heat that it will almost burn your skin and that’s only after 5 to 7 minutes of use. Normal red light belts may develop heat but nothing like this one. There are many better choices

I love this product. I use it for my back pain daily. I purchased this product in 2024 and about 9 months later it partially stopped working. Part of the mat would no longer light up and there was a glitch in the cord so that when you would lay on it it turned off. I reached out to customer service and sent them a video of the problem and they sent me a replacement item. The new item works great and I am loving it. Customer service was great to work with. They reached out to me quickly.
