The Bridge Direct Strawberry Shortcake & Huckleberry Pie Doll

Loved the dolls and pets. Perfect reminder from childhood, but my only issue is the scent isn’t strong like the original dolls.

I bought these to play with my grandbabies. I love smelling the dolls. They take me back to my childhood. My grandbabies love playing Strawberry Shortcake with me.

I had Strawberry Shortcake and I have her still. I always wanted to add the rest of the gang, but it did not happen. Bandi did a modern update of Strawberry and friends, and while they were cute, they were not the Strawberry Shortcake I love. This new run by Bridge Direct is staying with the classic Strawberry Shortcake. Now I have Huckleberry Pie and his dog. I want to add more to it. I hope they will make the bad eggs, The Purple Pie Man and Sour Grapes. You do not have a collection without the nemesis.

Dolls are very similar to those my daughter had as a little girl. Purchased as a Xmas gift for my 5-yr.-old granddaughter.

She does not have the big pink hat that is on the picture on the box, and you can’t tell that from the one picture shown. I didn’t like the smells- they didn’t smell pleasant and sweet. I felt the product is also too much money for not having the trademark hat.

Just as you remember, so the only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is that I think they are overpriced at $25.

They look just like the 80s dolls! I like this set because the pets come with it. It is not Strawberry Shortcake without the pets!
