Crushed Velvet Velour Fabric Material - RED, 1Mtr - 150cmx100cm

As described. Good product. Feels like we got loads. Have made some small curtains for a puppet theatre. Doubled the material so both sides were velvet. Looks smart. Reasonably stretchy but we didn't need to use it for that. Relatively easy sewing and sticking. As expected really. Came next day so good for our project as closest for me is 10 miles away.

I purchased this material to make a 'skirt' for the base of our Christmas tree, although it would be great for a variety of decorative or fancy dress projects. The colour is vibrant and although this is a budget product and the material is lightweight, it doesn't look cheap. Overall, very pleased with the purchase.

Very nice fabric

My material arrived very promptly and appropriately packaged. My only complaint and this is not the supplier's fault, is that it is extremely difficult to work with. I bought it to make a Christmas cape for my grand-daughter but I am really struggling with it because not only is it very fine and the edges curl but it is also quite stretchy. I am an experienced dressmaker and am finding it a real trial to work with. On the plus side for those of you who can handle this problem, it is a really beautiful, "Christmas" red and in all other ways would be perfect for the purpose.

Good quality. The finish is nice, the material cuts nicely and is very soft. The colour is vibrant with a nice sheen and I think the material is very good value for money. Will buy again

Used to make curtains at a party, was great fun and looked amazing

I wanted this to make a Santa outfit for some Christmas gnomes....planning in advance; sadly although the colour is nice and vibrant, the fabric is way too thin. So disappointing. Back to square one for me.
