Brilliant air cooler, looks stylishly modern, quieter than a standard whilst actually cooling the air. Cold water in bottom tank, ice pack in the top, Natural setting for wind, Top setting for speed and Cooler button on. Sit back and just Chill. Great purchase, great price, great product.

I am curious as how this item is CE Certified. it arrived not working, However I am an electrical engineer so rather than go through long winded return process I opened up the cooler. the momtotr was jammed and had a serious overheating issue producing an electrical burning smell, this was due to the fan blade assembly being badly fitted and unable to turn hence putting a massive strain on the motor. The wiring looked like it had been done by a three year old with unsafe twist fittings on the connections. I rewired the cooler and correctly fitted the fan and now it is working perfectly. If I can fix it in my shed why cant they get it right at the factory? Unless you have a good knowledge of wiring and basic mechanical engineering I would advise everyone not to buy this product as it comes, it is Dangerous. had I not repaired my unit then it would have eventually caused a fire.

I first ordered the fan and unfortunately it didn’t work, however there was great contact with the seller, they sent me a replacement immediately and the fan is fantastic! it’s quite powerful and not too loud. Definitely get this product

This was a godsend during the past baking summer, being a swamp cooler it works best blowing directly onto you. Open a couple of windows or the humidity in the room will increase too much.

Easy to use,lightweight and looks good.Just not blowing air as cool as expected

This is obviously not an air con or supposed to be used for really large areas, however I am glad I have purchased this, we fill the bottom drawer with cold water and place the ice pack in the top and it is a nice cool breeze and does reach quite far, very handy having a control for it and definitely recommend it. Not an air con but definitely better than a standard fan

Waste of money awful, have to top up every day, and if you dont use it for a few days the water becomes stagnant and stinks when turned on

Disappointed in this product. Can't return.What a waste of money. Hardy any cold air coming out, noisey and the fan is rubbish. I should of bought an ordinary fan.It was late arriving, not on due date. Contacted seller to be told it was the carrier and other customers were waiting. Not even an apology. So annoyed.
