My 10 year old grandson was getting headaches from his “screen time” so I thought I’d give these a try. They are comfortable to wear, lightweight but seem sturdy. He loves them. Says they make him look like a cool nerd, lol!

Sleep is possible!
Honest to goodness, after using these for just two days, we noticed how much easier it was for our son to fall asleep and stay asleep. We’ve tried forever to cut off electronics early in the evening to help him rest better but it was always such a fight. These glasses have been a terrific solution and they really do work!
