The media could not be loaded.  I have read that a clean looking phone can harbour more bacteria than a toilet sheet, this is probable true but not sure how harmful it really is. Anyway UV sanitizers can eliminate harmful microorganisms.So I got this Lumily® UV Phone Sanitiser to clean all the phones in the house, and any old watches that I’m fixing.You just pop your phone in and press on the sterilisation button and the countdown timer will show you its progress, a quick press gives your items a 3 minute quick sterilisation and a second press gives a longer sterilisation of 8 minutes.This Lumily® UV Phone Sanitiser also has the added facility of 10W wireless charging, so it great to put your phone in for a quick sterilisation then pop on the top for charging. You will need to use a USB charger to operate this Sanitiser, and I’m glad to see this is another USB-C device, as this is much better and becoming more common place now.I did open the lid when in use to check it does shut off the UVC light, which it does and the countdown timer stops until the lid is closed.Overall, this is a good quality Phone Sanitiser and although the prices vary wildly I think this one is a good price.I hope you find my review helpfulAlan

Just need to place whatever you want to sanitize in the box and turn it on, the timer will start the count down and auto shut off. The only negative I would comment on is the accessory tray that comes with it, it feels like cheap plastic and the paint is starting to chip away.

This is a really good phone sanitising box 👌🏻perfect in these COVID-19 times. Really easy to set up and use. This kills 99% of bacteria which is excellent. I use this for my iPhone, keys and other bits and bobs. Really impressed with this. This box can also be used as a charger too which is excellent as it's a 2 in 1. Would recommend.🥰

We’ve all become much more aware of our responsibilities and possibilities in preventing and dealing with bacteria and viruses over the past few years.In common, probably with a lot of people, thinking about sanitising things like keys and phones was something that was only for those who cleaned everything that moved. Gallons of hand sanitiser and cleaning products later more of us think about these things now and benefit from reassurances .This uses UV LEDs to sanitise. It is big enough for phones or keys and you can also charge your phone if it is QI enabled. Easy to use with one press for 3 minutes and another press for a longer 8 minutes. Theres a countdown clock on the lid to keep track.The fact it sanitises has to be taken on trust as I don’t have the means to ‘see’ the difference. But this doesn’t seem dissimilar to trusting the gel we are using all the time.Given many things small enough to fit within roughly 20 x 12 cms rectangular dimensions can be used within this I think its use will extend to beyond the family phones and keys and have long term use with the whole family.

Considering the global pandemic is still not behind us, this is a great addition to staying safe and covid free.It's super easy to setup, just plug in the usb c cable and it's on, i keep mine by my front door, as i'm making a habit of using it every time i come home, i use it for my phone and my keys, even though i wash my hands frequently, i still touch my phone a lot which is not cleaned up as much.This works with UV lights, of which it has 5, there is a timer on top of the box that counts down 300 seconds, then there will be a beeping noise to let you know it's done, it's that simple.Another great feature of this, is that on top of the box you have a wireless charger, so you can clean and charge your phone all in one go.Keep in mind this isn't just for phones, you can use it for pretty much anything that fits in the box, it's large enough that would fit a bigger phone, i personally use an iphone 11, but the dimensions on the inside are around 20cm long by 12cm wide, just check that your devices are around that size and it should all fit in just fine.I'm super impressed by how good it is, and how much needed it is now, as it will clean up the things i touch before washing my hands.
