Not returnable. Put your money towards a more powerful vacuum. You have to go over things several times to get everything up. Power plug sticks so I don't expect it will charge long. I've only had for a week. It's been doing this from day one. Highly disappointed

I bought it to use it to clean up the crumbs in a dessert case and it will not even Pick up muffin crumbs.

I purchased this to vacuum the couches, window sills, small areas. Suction is minimal and debris compartment keeps falling apart spilling debris that is sucked up.

The battery doesn't last long. And the suction is kind of crappy. But, it gets the job done for the most part.

I guess you get what you pay for . It does literally give minute in and literally picks up nothing . I don’t use it anymore . Also you charge it for hours for it to “work” and I say that loosely for five minutes max . WASTE OF MONEY
