been a delivery driver over 20yrs now, and my old bag is still working perfectly fine just got a spilt in the wall lining but still works perfect with this insulation and rigid walls to support odd shaped filled bags, because i've had it a number of years i decided it was time for and upgrade to what i thought would be the daddy of delivery bagsso enter the cambro!don't get me wrong the the materials and construction are very well made and look like they will last a lifetime in that factor, however the insulation is very thin, might well use high tech insulation to keep it this way and hot, and this would perhaps be perfect bag if your planning on putting pizzas and boxed food in it that would hold its self and push out the walls to a good shape.! however if like me your are transporting odd shaped loaded bags, bottles on the sides ect then the wall on this are not going to be strong enough over all not to misshape or support waht you are carring or collapsing inwards, also from a drivers side reaching over to looking and take out the right bad its a tad high to see what you doing as i don't take the bag to the door rather take the food from the car to the door, "less hassle"bottom line, for box foods i.e pizza boxes ect you can go wrong and this bag will make you happy with years of trouble free use, like me different size stuffed bags ect? look else where its a hell of a lot of money when you can find cheaper alternatives with thicker rigid walls, great long lasting materials but is a no from me but giving it the middle star as perfect for some but not all of us drivers
