This is great and VERY comfortable! There were a lot of size choices and I made the right ones. Be sure to get an accurate measurement of your neck and the vertical distance from your chin to collarbones. I got the tallest version which fits and supports with no strain or pressure. It's just keeping the neck straight. My neck has given me trouble since it was damaged in an accident when I was a little child. Sleeping can be painful, no matter what position I take, but this cervical collar already feels like a healthy solution.

Excellent collar, but a key point: you absolutely must select the right size. This is underappreciated when just looking at any given collar. If you pick the wrong size it doesn't matter how good it is otherwise, it won't fit you and it'll be completely useless. I picked the exact right size for my neck, and it has worked out brilliantly. It's comfortable, easy to put on and take off, it has a cutout to accomodate your chin, and it's doing exactky what it's supposed to. Very happy with this purchase and the size options available - other brands had only two sizes and it just wasn't enough. This one ticks off all the boxes, and I couldn't be happier.

Great collar for injury where your neck needs support. Only problem I saw with the collar was the velcro straps inside the collar scratch and irritate the neck when in use. I would use something to cover the velcro up first and then put it on. I put a cotton blend sleeve on it that one uses to keep the collar from dust. **Do not use this collar if you had spinal neck surgery and are looking for something more comfy to sleep in. this may keep your neck straight but it doesn't prevent your head from twisting. Which is a big no no for cervical spinal patients.**

It is too small. The neck it is intended for is16 inches and the large ordered barely closes (it is supposed to fit a little over 18 inches). The quality seems good though.

Does the job. Fits well. Measure before you buy!

Nice and snug fit is as advertised but follow direction gradually add hours of wear. Person was nice enough to put in foyer of apartment. Helps relieve pain effective in straightening u posrure

Two and a half inches under the chin...AWESOME !!! Hard to find. Very comfortable to wear, and also to sleep in all night long! Helps hold your chin and neck up, lot's better, when not wearing it, especially, the longer, and more that you use it !!! Delicate, sturdy, soft, moveable, good range of motion!

The material in this one doesn’t glide very well against the skin—you can’t wear it for long before it starts to chafe.

I think they've sent me a larger neck brace. A 2.5 inch would have been perfect. But I've received a 3 inch brace. I bought this for controlling snoring and it kind of works. Basically when you are sleeping on your back, the lower jaw loosens and opens up as you fall asleep. This is why we start snoring. Wearing a neck brace like this holds the jaw and keeps the mouth closed. There are other face/chin straps for this. But I didn't find them comfortable. This one seems to do the job well. Just be careful about the size and softness when buying so that it is not uncomfortable while sleeping. For 250/- we can experiment and find the best fit.
