Excellent quality, good value
I purchased the DMC Embroidery Floss Pack Limited Edition and received the "Gold Collection" package listed in the photo. Per usual DMC is the best-quality thread for my embroidery and cross stitch projects. This package has good variety to supplement my existing thread cache. It's a good value compared to buying each color individually, especially now that Joann's has sadly gone out of business, and Blick Art Supplies isn't in every city. (Regardless I still think it's important to support brick-and-mortar stores as well as the mail order company 123Stitch, established in 1997, that focuses on embroidery and stitching products.)

Beautiful floss. I have generic floss but DNC floss doesn’t compare. Colors are vivid and bright. Very pleasing to the eyes and touch. Highly recommend. Great price! Perfect starter of nicer quality floss.

When I received this I was confused at first as the packaging was different - my package is a limited edition "Gold Collection" dated 2018. However the colors are the same. Since the photo in the listing shows a 2012 new colors collection I'm guessing this is just an update to the packaging. Very nice colors and reliable great DMC quality!
