This is a great tumbler and the customer service matches the adjective.I’m usually confronted with a tumbler that either won’t fit in my car drink holder or won’t fit under my Keurig coffee maker.This tumbler does both. I slide it under my Keurig and slide it into my car’s drink holder and I’m off to work without issue. From there it does it’s duty by keeping my coffee hot for hours. Just keep the slidable lid closed between sips.So far, I’ve purchased three of these 20 oz gems and have no issues. The third purchase was delivered with slight damage, probably incurred during shipping. Upon discovery, I emailed the Ideus people and they shipped another expeditiously. Needless to say I was duly impressed.We all know buying the right coffee tumbler can be a frustrating, ongoing series of trials and errors. Usually they’re either too fat, too tall or the lid either remains open to outside air or takes safe cracking skills to open, close and clean. If your tumbler desires run congruently with mine, and you don’t feel like laying out a small fortune for a name brand with design flaws, save some time and money and buy this mug!

Didn't use this container. Returned it new. Probably great as a soup container, or great for Incredible Hulk. But if you are looking for a drink container to carry around all day, this probably isn't it. It is short and squatty and not easily held/carried by most ppl. May have been in description and I missed it. Like I said, probably great for carrying soup, using and then putting away. But if you're looking for something that fits EZ in your hand, this is probably not it.

I love this mug. It’s a great insulator, but it is larger than a standard cup holder size so it just barely sits securely in my car. Super easy to clean, but I wish the lid was secured to the cup better. I know if I ever knocked it over it’s a done deal so that truly my one real issue with it. Otherwise I get tons of compliments and I know I can enjoy my beverages for hours.

Really impressed with this travel mug! Keeps coffee hot for about 40 min to an hour.. keeps it warm for 2+ hrs.. the lid seals well and the closure on top has a satisfying ‘click’ when closed. I add creamer and put the lid on and lightly agitate the mug to mix, no need for a stir stick or spoon! Great colors as well... for the price and compared to other spendy brands, you can’t go wrong with this mug. I’m very happy with it :)
