This jewelry armoire is very well made, color is a deep rich turquoise, looks beautiful! I was very pleased with the quality. I read that there was a few negative comments about the key will not come out when it is unlocked. I found the work-around for that. Open the top, the locking apparatus will come UP FROM THE BACK TO THE FRONT OF THE ARMOIRE WHEN YOU TURN THE KEY. Turn the key back and forth to look at the movement. Ok, got it. Now take the key out, PARTLY UNSCREW the lock so it is LOOSE and move the locking tab 180* from the back side up and over to the front side. 180* Tighten the screw up. That is it. Now put in the key, the POSITION OF THE KEY IS different now. Before the key would turn from back to front. Now the key turns from front to back. Try it now, the key can be removed locked OR UNLOCKED. To no fault of the seller my box came so banged up and smashed I thought there was no way it would NOT BE DAMAGED. Well everything was perfect except the back of the armoire had damage. I am not going to make a fuss since it is on the back and is small and not visible however per the sellers website they will work with you to replace anything that is damaged. The armoire is boxed with plenty of THICK styrofoam for protection, and is super simple to assemble. Just screw on the legs, slide in the drawers and screw the mirrored top on. I would recommend this product for sure.

The package is set up and it looks great but, unfortunately every time I lock it. I can’t take the key out and I don’t like that. Any suggestions will be appreciated. Thank you

I love this jewelry armoire. It saved my jewelry organization disaster! The design is cute and materials are well made. It was easy to assemble. Just attach the legs and top. It even holds my clutches in the larger bottom drawers. I'm so thankful it is locking for extra security, and has a wall attachment for safety. Love it!

When the armoire arrived the box was somewhat crushed. It was packed well so no damage to the armoire. The color is wonderful. There were 4 or 5 places which was not painted well so we contacted the company and had a small jar of paint sent within days. Very good service. The paint matches and looks perfect.

The amount of storage this product offers is the only thing great about this product.It is an illusion of solid wood-- not actually solid wood.The idea that the entire thing can lock was why I purchased this one in the first place. Not worth it. First, It did not come with the key so I had to reach out to the manufacturer to send me the key. I thought they were going to send me an entire lock assembly, but it seems that whomever has this same product can use their key to open yours. So the keys are not unique to the item. Initially, the lock could not connect. The locking assembly did not line up so I had to remove one piece and then reinstall it so that it did line up. When I finally got that working, it is not a smooth locking mechanism. I have to fidget with it just to get it to lock. I also have to fidget with it to unlock it.The worst part is, that since it is not solid wood, The lid can actually bend. So you can bend the lid upward and open the hinged door. While it is locked. It does not secure belongings. It only gives the illusion of it.It was nice that it came mostly assembled. I just had to assemble the legs and the hinged lid. The problem is that they didn't send screws, nuts, and bolts. There are also no directions. I had to reach out to the manufacturer to get a kit sent to me. They sent the kit, but there were still no instructions. No worries though.... That's what husbands are for.The only thing nice about this is the amount of storage and that the locking mechanism can deter people from swiping items.
