Disappointing
I was very disappointed in this product. Not only are the pills HUGE, but I saw absolutely no change in my skin, nails or hair. I will not be purchasing this again.

Great vitamin -not sure they are helping my hair though
Don't think it is making my hair grow any faster or more but overall I feel more energy and overall improvement in my health. I have tried several other hair skin and nail vitamins over the past year including those very yummy but expensive blue gummy bear ones and definitely like these the best even if I see no improvement in my hair. I just ordered my second bottle so the hair growth benefit may still come I suppose. I will continue to take just because of the way I feel on them. Of note - these are not capsules as seen in the picture but rather large tablets so if you have a hard time swallowing pills these may not be for you.

2 months and not change in hair growth ( just my regular 1/2-1 inch ) or nail growth
ABSOLUTLY NO CHANGE to my hair growth . My nails have always been healtthy but they didnt even grow stronger or faster. Tried it for 2 months. The photos others posted are doctored . This does nothing to stimulate growth- not willing to spend money for a 3rd month

This is the second time I have bought these vitamins. The first time, I thought I noticed an improvement with my hair and nails, but I was doubtful that all of the ingredients listed were truly in those pills. So I bought some hair, skin, and nails vitamins at walmart. Then, I noticed the differences. The Walmart ones did nothing for me. It was most noticeable with my nails. They were very weak and were peeling. So I decided to give the organic trace vits another try (still have no clue if what they say is in there, truly is). My nails are strong again after about a week! Maybe it is all in my head, but I eill be buying these again.

Love These Vitamins
This is one of the best Hair and Nail Vitamins that I have taken, I have been taking this particular brand for the past few months without any side effects or adverse reactions.I take 2 pills with a full glass of water daily. My hair is stronger and I have less breakage. This does help with hair growth and strength, but I also take good care of my hair as well and do not solely rely on vitamins alone.

Good product.
I've been using this product for about a month and I've noticed a huge difference in my nails but not so much in my hair (it might just take more time). When I first started taking them they didn't have that nasty low grade vitamin smell, but now they do and I can smell it as soon as I open the bottle.

Hard to swallow
My only complaint of this supplement is the shape & width of the pill, I never have a hard time swallowing pills but this one does not go down easy. I think it's too early to judge if it has improved my hair/skin/nails.
