Q: my dog’s chest is at 14”. should i order up a size or go with size small?

Do not go up a size. This fits a 14” chest perfectly! This is by far my favorite dress that my puppy owns. And she has 100 of them! Angie Owen, Tupelo Mississippi.

Q: Would a large fit my 18 pound chihuahua rat terrier mix? should i go up to xl i usually get large from petco or walmart target etc.

I think a large would fit, I got medium, my girl is 12pnds.
