Simple and clean
This faucet replaces one that was a bit smaller. The old one had to be replaced because the hose wore out and was no longer flexible. I had a new sink put in and the contractor who told me to order a faucet on Amazon installed it. He likes working with this brand. I picked one that was simple and well-priced, and I am very please. It's only been a few days but the hose is so easy to use and the buttons that control the spray are discreet. You can turn it so you see the controls or turn it for the clean look. The control handle goes up for hot and down for cold, moves easily, and also adjusts the pressure by going out to the right for more power. This handle is also easily manipulated, just as the hose/faucet is. This finish looks best in my kitchen but it's good to have choices. This is a solid faucet, sturdy, and functional. The easy to install rating is based on my contractor who does this often and finds this brand to be reliable and easy to put into place.

Wonderful kitchen faucet!
Have not installed yet, but this is a duplicate to the one we had in our kitchen. We are doing some remodeling in the kitchen and bought a new sink and this new faucet. The other lasted 11 years and looked pretty good still. We would highly recommend it. Easy to use for both sinks and always looks fantastic!

Really love this facet! Hands free and retractable sprayer. Matches all our antique bronze accessories.

Insanely easy installation. This thing practically hugged you out of ...
Pros: Insanely easy installation. This thing practically hugged you out of the box. It took me forever, as a newbie, to uninstall the old and 45 minutes to put this thing in, not a single problem. They say all plumbing is three trips to the hardware store. This is so well-thought out - I did two. One to buy everything the how-to sites told me to and one to return all those things an hour later.Cons: It's a tiny bit splattery, in general - or misty in the sink area. Separately, I don't like that when my husband uses the sprayer it remembers that when I turn it on the next time. I do wish it reset. It's almost twice as high as our old one. Perfect for houses built yesterday with their oversize kitchen areas. I'm still getting used to it (about a month now) and it seems a bit out of scale. This is the biggest con. With the handle on the right (or left), over the stainless steel/metal base, every time you turn the handle off with your hands wet - you sort of dirty the whole thing up with water spots and soap. Our old one was front and center.Overall, I would probably buy it again. I'm still feeling a bit like a rock star every time I use it. Kudos for Moen for writing/illustrating perfect instructions that any idiot could install if they bothered to read them.Tips for others: You might not need that old supply line(s) for hot and cold that hooked up to your old faucet. This faucet has super long lines off of it that should just go directly to your pipe. Also, before you start uninstalling, go ahead and take that long gray plastic tube out of the box. This is a tool provided for install, but it might, might, might (send a prayer) be useful in getting your old faucet out when you go to try and unscrew it up in the very back of your sink (in lieu of your entire collection of wrenches and knocking your head against everything under the sink). Also, another reviewer said you don't need plumber's putty. She was right: you don't. They made a special soft plastic thing you can use instead. It works. Nothing is leaking in the area down below.

Very elegant-looking and practical faucet
I got new countertops (engineered stone) with a free under-mount sink, so I needed a new faucet to complete the look. My plumber (friend of the family) recommended buying a Moen because in his experience, they are the best as far as dependability and ease of finding and installing replacement parts if ever needed. After looking at some possibilities 'in person' in the big box home improvement stores and then looking at the selections on Amazon, I chose to order this Brantford model for its slightly 'colonial' style which would fit the decor in my home. I am very pleased with it because it looks good and works well, and I'm loving the high-arc design and the side-handle feature with the pull-down sprayer that can extend to the countertop so that a pan can be filled with water without needed to hold it under the faucet or set it down in the sink. The nozzle has both a regular flow and spray option as well as a button that can be held in to stop the flow temporarily while you move the nozzle to another position/location. My friend and neighbor also needed a new faucet, and she order a similar but slightly more modern-looking one, the Arbor. Same plumber installed both on the same day, and we are more than pleased with our choices because of looks, features, and paying a very reasonable price on Amazon.

Convenience, easy install, now I want touchless in my bathrooms.
The functionality is great! Installation was very easy, I've installed many faucets over the years and they are making the process easier and easier. Now if they could make it easier to remove the old one! From start to finish it was an hour install, including removing the old faucet. Well written instructions with diagrams. There are 3 operational modes, with the normal handle, a sensor that senses your hands under the faucet and a sensor above the faucet that will turn the water on until you activate the sensor again. I love it! being able to rinse/wash my hands while prepping food without having to touch anything is great. Less worry about cross contaminating things. The continuous stream is great for filling pots or the sink, it does turn off after 2 minutes if you do not turn it off. This is great for filling the sink while I go in the next room to do something. It fills about half of my small sink. One problem though is that now I find myself standing in the bathroom with my hands under the faucet waiting for the water to turn on automatically. I thought about buying an AC adaptor but instead just hung a bag of spare batteries next to it's power box under the counter.

Beautifully crafted product easy to install
The Moen Brantford kitchen tap is well crafted and easy to install. The tap is heftier than the Moen kitchen tap we replaced and it adds a beautiful design flair to the kitchen. Moen manufactures and warranties the best products available.
