The color is more muted than shown on Amazon, however, the color is still nice. Love the flex band, it was a little tricky to size. The only con is how small the date is. It's so small I did not bother to set. Very happy with this purchase, fits nicely and is comfortable.

Just received and absolutely love. Retro 1970s look that is beautifully done. Another reviewer stated "The band was too large and I was unable to have links removed"....WRONG! This Timex watch as a "Perfect Fit" expansion band that has removeable links. #1. Place the watch on your wrist and estimate how many links you need to remove. #2. Locate the links in the center of the bracelet with the texture and squeeze the textured part of the opposing link to be removed. #3. Pull band apart while still pressing down on the link. #4. Remove the link! #5 Squeeze again on the textured part and insert the opposite end of the band into the opening to reattach the band.

The watch is as attractive in real life as the photo.When I first removed the band links to fit, the band kept pinching my skin. Since I added a link to make it bigger, it feels good. It pinches only occasionally when I first put it in. Turning it back & forth on my wrist makes the picking go away.

I love how this watch looks and its functionality. However, it the glass watch face scratches easily, which is quite a let down. For such an expensive watch, I was hoping for a little bit better.
