I put batteries in it and pressed the on button. I figured it doesn't hurt to try, fully expecting it not to work without programming. Low and behold, it worked perfectly with the TV and Roku express. Pleasantly surprised! I remember having to go through a butt-ton of codes to get universals to work for half of the TV. Am I getting old?

it’s beautiful it’s great quality it’s way easy to program it can be programmed to so many different devices at once which is very convenient hard to lose because it is a bit bigger buttons are easy to access 2 double A batteries and 10 min later and I’m working every device in my house with it! I’d buy another one in a heartbeat thank you

I love the color! Pretty and pink like my room, just what I needed since I lost my other universal remote. It was very easy to set up the instructions were east to understand and the codes list was organized so it was easy to find my code. My cheaper universal remote that I had, although worked, not all the buttons worked the correct function and that was annoying, but this one all the buttons work for the correct function. I watch a lot of tv at night so it being lighted is an amazing added feature. The button for the backlight glows in the dark so as long as I have it out during the day and it catches good light to charge, it's bright and it helps find it at night in the dark. The buttons are quiet when you push them...which is not something you think about but my other one was sort of loud and annoyed the person sleeping next to me when I was scrolling finding something to watch. Right now I only have it programmed to the tv so I can't say nhow it functions on other devices but I can't imagine any negative issues.

This replaced an OEM remote. The code was easy and accurate. To get to a PC used as a media server, connected via HDMI. Input didn't work. I had to use the home button to bring up the apps.screen, tab key to move over to the input menu. OEM remote wasn't backlit, the feature now exists. The remote's ergonomic, the material is decent, pink color's accurate.

I loved the ease of setting this up. It does not come with directions but if you jump on the product page and scroll down the directions and codes are right there. The only reason I didn't give it a five star review is it wouldn't work for my older equipment. It worked on my old TV, but not my Onkyo Receiver, which I really would have liked. If you need a ROKU remote, get this! It is so nice to have something easy to find when I put it down, and the keys light up for you as soon as you push a button. Easy to read display. I can use it on any one of the Rokus in my home, and there are many. Definitely a good deal. Works on my old 14 year old Sony Bravia tv!!
