I wore the patches daily but did not notice a difference in energy level or any other ways to determine a more positive change. They are easy to put on and do stay so that is positive.

I purchased a super expensive version of glutathione patches from another company (not Amazon) and this one is so much better!! The squares actually stick to the skin like they are supposed to and are easy to remove. The patches are sweat proof (at least for me) which is a huge selling point as I live in a hot and humid climate and also wear the patches while sweating at the gym. Already recommended the patches to several friends. I’m looking forward to trying other patches made by this company and just ordered more to try.

You would think, when buying pain patches, that they would stick to ones skin, longer than an hour!! No kind of pain relief noticed. Maybe if they stuck to skin, might feel like got some pain help!! A big waste of $!
