Worked like a charm for installing luxury waterproof vinyl flooring in a guest bathroom. And yes, I know LVP isn't ever truly waterproof but this went on top of existing tile so that wasn't a concern. It was easy to use and feels like solid construction. This tool helped cut the project time down significantly and made for cleaner cuts. The floors came out really nice and I'm happy with it.

Fixed my work pickup

This tool makes complicated angles and cuts extremely easy to mark and do. I used this to cut out a flange hole for a new subfloor and notches in multiple other pieces of wood, drywall and subfloor. Its easy to use, and with a measuring tape should make complicated jobs simple for anyone who uses it. I would reccomend to a friend if they were going to do any projects on their home.

I waited a long time for this item so I can complete some work with tiles. The first order was lost in shipping, and today I received the replacement order. I was so excited until I opened it in. The packaging was destroyed and the item damaged. Unfortunately. I'll have to return it. I'm sure it's a great product, I'm just having a hard time getting to find out.

I bought this tool to help install trim around the house, but I've been surprised at how often I find a use for it! It doesn't scribe with super fine detail, but I has helped to get an accurate profile multiple times.
