I have owned the previous model of this same scooter for 5 years. This is a great improvement. The forward and reverse levers are now pulled with fingers instead of pushed with thumbs. With thumbs damaged from years of weight on my hands while walking with crutches following a couple years of pushing myself in my manual wheelchair, this change makes it possible to get around without thumb pain. The shock absorbers make a smoother ride.This vendor threw in great extras at an already low price. I shopped around locally and all over the internet. Absolutely the best deal. The free shipping took less than 3 days! The packing was so amazing. I had the box open and the scooter put together in 10 minutes.

My prior scooter was a shop rider. It went out finally n I tried to get it repaired but for some reason a lot of companies don't work on shop rider so I had to buy another because without it I'm confined to the house. This scooter was perfect for me. It's heavy so I can't lift it but my husband can. I love it n I got it within 5 days. I needed it for a cruise n I'm so glad this was my choice. I did my research n it was cheaper than everywhere else n the bundle with the accessories was the main reason I got it. I can change the colors to either red or blue. I highly recommend this scooter. It has plenty of leg room also very comfortabl and I'm very satisfied

Have had this scooter for over a year or more. Been very happy with it until this past week. I was backing up and went a bit too fast. The left rear wheel hit the wall and the scooter turned over with me under it. After the fact I felt that the scooter should have been better balanced. Fortunately I only had major scratches on my legs and the scooter doesn’t seem to be damaged. My fault for going too fast but still felt it should have been more stable.

WHAT A DEAL!! My local store sells a LESSer-equipped, same-brand model for MORE than this one: cost thru Amazon was significantly lower, delivered free, plus charged no tax!!! The free bonus accessories are a further savings (optional bundle sells elsewhere @ $100)! I saved hundredS, and LOVE riding in it ... can finally leave the house for long outings without tiring... It's a GodSend that's enhanced my life tremendously!!!

I loved my GoGo Elite Traveler Plus but the lack of suspension would kill my low back if I rode it too long. I did a lot of research and found other mobility scooters with suspension were either 1. Too large so had problems with turn radius and space needed to load into car 2. Weight of the heaviest piece WAY too heavy for me to light by myself. The latter reason was a deal killer because for me, the point of using a mobility scooter is to be able to get around without anyone else’s help, including getting the scooter in and out of my car.So imagine how excited I when I saw an ad showing Pride made a lightweight folding scooter with suspension!!! I checked with my insurance and essentially was told they would only cover a model with “less bells and whistles” (example in car terms: insurance would cover a Kia, but not this scooter because it’s like a Ferrari).I called Pride and tried to find a local dealer who had one I could try out but I couldn’t find one in a 150 mile radius of my location. I hemmed and hawed a while, and decided to shell out the $$ out of pocket. I even splurged to get the 4 wheel model and upgraded battery. So my disappointment after all of my effort and money to find that this model does no better/feels the same at my old GoGo Elite Traveler Plus. I went so far as to test drive both models side by side on a variety of terrain and found the suspension does NOTHING to absorb the shock of driving over slightly uneven terrain, much less on dirt or cobblestones.Don’t bother with this model, it’s a waste of money to spend extra for suspension that does nothing.

smaller than it looks on line. barely an adult scooter. very slow on small inclines. basket and cupholder didn't come with it. still trying to turn it back.

Noisy drive wheel. Have reported such and was told a technician would contact me. It has been now several weeks and no response

Going up some ramps scooter can flip over, the weight is centered on the rear of the scooter, the front of scooter is very light, the seat is over the rear wheels, better walk the scooter up inclines
