The filter fits and functions like it should. I recommend buying this and changing the filter yourself. Most cars it's an easy job and it will save you some cash doing it yourself.

Great fit and seems to keep the air clean with good airflow.

This fit my 03 SC430 perfectly. Is it as good as OEM? IDK, but it's way more affordable.

Works well

I put one in a 2020 Ford ranger fits Perfect. I put a little Christmas tree air filter on top of it and pull the string down on the air filter and snap my cover back in and now when I turn on my air conditioner or my heater it smells really good And I can change it whenever I want to. That’s a good tip right there. Try it out.

This filter is used for my 2022 Ford Ranger. I bought three different brands to try out after purchasing a new Ranger. This, the ECOGARD (XC35518C), was by far the best at reducing diesel exhaust fumes on the interstate. Also, in town traffic results favored the ECOGARD. The other two brands, PUREFLOW Premium Guard (PC99461x) and Spear Head (BE-134), did not filter out road smells nearly as well as the ECOGARD. Also, the ECOGARD was heavier; it had a more robust layer of carbon. I am ordering more of the ECOGARD and will be using this filter exclusively in my Ranger. IMO, the two other brands had great packaging and claims but they just did not work nearly as well. From what I can tell the heavy layer of carbon is what makes the difference.

This filter fit my husband’s 2019 Ford Ranger perfectly. He installed it very easily as soon as we received it in the mail. (Search for install videos online.) This carbon air cabin filter has greatly reduced the slight smoky odor leftover from the previous owner. In one picture I have included, you will see the old original manufacturer filter (dirty white one on top) and the new carbon filter (darker one). In the other pic, you’ll see the new filter, it’s box, and the Ford Ranger logo on the dash. Hope this info helps another Ranger owner decide on which filter to get. I highly recommend this one! (Also, If you’re looking to get odors out of your car, I recommend you search on Amazon for activated carbon filter pouches to stick underneath your seats or in other crevasses in your car to speed up odor reduction. And change them out as needed until the smells are gone.)
