Prefect for montessori transferring trays.

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of these trays. They are all the same size and need very little sanding prior to finishing. The sides of the tray are 10mm wide. This is a "light duty" tray. The bottom is thin and appears to be 1.5mm thick birch plywood that is glued in place so it won't hold a lot of weight. The corners are mitered and glued together. I ordered 6 trays and they are all well put together, no glue drips, no cracks or imperfections. I will be ordering more.

Great item for crafting and great price. Item is lightweight and easy to work with. It is raw wood so best to give it a quick, light sanding to smooth out any splintering. I painted it and because it is raw wood, it sucker up the paint so it took 3 coats to get the dark shade I wanted. I also attached handles on the sides and mod podged a picture onto the inside to create a decorative holiday tray. I wouldn’t recommend actually using it as a tray for anything heavy. I would purchase again.

Great trio of boxes for a craft project. These are usually $10 per at the local craft store, so I appreciated getting all 3 for 1/2 the price! Quality wood, well made.
